Portland Trust Company came to Pistil with the desire and determination to build and grow a brand that would be different from any other private bank or trust company in the New England market. With the strength to serve their clients with the highest level of customer service and integrity, Portland Trust Company needed a brand that communicated their values, so they could attract customers who shared the same. Though their enthusiasm and excitement were palpabe, they needed help getting their message out.
Through a careful analysis of their true purpose, combined with strategic market research, Pistil helped Portland Trust Company clearly define the key aspects of their brand identity. We began by helping them to define thoughtful mission and vision statements, and helping to identify their voice identity to use throughout all messaging. We also developed and designed their visual identity, created a comprehensive brand guide, designed brand collateral (business cards, stationery) suite, etc.), and developed additional brand identity assets for use in both traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
